Change in VETS-4212 Reporting Threshold for 2016 Filing

Recently the Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) announced that the contract threshold requiring federal contractors to file the VETS-4212 Report was updated from $100,000 to $150,000. This increase is beginning with the 2016 filing period opening on August 1. The change is a result of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Council’s (FARC) review of the dollar threshold amounts in certain federal agency procurement related laws every five years in order to determine whether they need to be adjusted for inflation.
