Beginning this month, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) began providing a new service that allows OFCCP stakeholders to submit and check the status of questions and complaints online. A link to the self-service options is on the OFCCP homepage in the Workforce Corner section on the right side of the page. The link is titled Submit Question to OFCCP. The OFCCP homepage is at: http://www.dol/.gov/ofccp.htm.
A major benefit to this service is that there will be a written record of any exchanges with the OFCCP. The service allows for both employees and employers to submit questions or complaints and after answering several screening questions, you are brought to an inquiry intake form where you can detail your question or complaint.
