On July 21, 2014, President Obama signed a new Executive Order (EO) amending EO 11246 to prohibit discrimination against employees and applicants based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Beginning this month, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) began providing a new service that allows OFCCP stakeholders to submit and check the status of questions and complaints online.
