ALJ Orders Bank of America to Pay almost $2.2 Million

On September 23, 2013, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) ordered a $2.2 million payment by Bank of America Corp. to 1,147 African American applicants following a 20-year legal battle.

Medtronic Settles with OFCCP for $290,000

On September 23, 2013, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a $290,000 settlement with Medtronic Interventional Vascular Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Medtronic Inc., to resolve allegations of compensation discrimination against Hispanics at their Danvers, MA facility.
