On September 28, 2012 the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced $188,500 settlement with Nash Finch, Co. to resolve allegations of hiring discrimination against female applicants.

OFCCP Settles With Meyer Tool, Inc. for $325,000

In a news release issued September 17, 2012 the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a settlement with Meyer Tool in the amount of $325,000 in back wages to a class of 60 African-American applicants rejected for an entry level position.

OFCCP Settles With Lund Boat Co. for $295,000

In a news release issued September 4, 2012, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a settlement with Lund Boat Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Brunswick Corp. for $295,000.
