FedEx Settles with OFCCP for $3 Million

In a news release issued March 22, 2012, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a $3 million settlement with FedEx to resolve allegations of discrimination in its hiring practices and selection procedures, the largest settlement negotiated by the OFCCP since 2004.

NCS Pearson Settles With OFCCP for $100,000

In a news release issued March 15, 2012, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a settlement of $100,000 with NCS Pearson to resolve allegations of hiring discrimination against Asians.
