The US Department of Labor has created a new website devoted to publishing data from its various enforcement agencies.

The results of OFCCP Compliance Reviews and Compliant Investigations are included on the site.  The website includes the following information:

  • Contractor Name
  • Contractor Address
  • DUNS Number
  • Parent Company Name
  • Parent Company Address
  • Total Number of Employees
  • Closure Date
  • Type of Closure
  • Specific Issues Identified
  • OFCCP Program (EO 11246, Section 503, VEVRAA)
  • Race, sex, disability, veteran status, religion
  • Basis of Complaint

The Department of Labor states it aims to make the enforcement data, collected by the enforcement agencies in the exercise of their mission, accessible and searchable, using common search criteria, by the public.

Currently, the site is searchable by agency, state, zip code, NAICS, and SIC.  DOL intends to make the site searchable by company name and also add additional search granularity such as penalty amount, violation type, and legislative acts.

The site can be accessed at: http://ogesdw.dol.gov/.
