The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has posted extensive new data on job patterns in the private sector, as part of the Obama Administration’s Open Government Initiative.

In a news release issued February 3, 2011, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a $1.65 million settlement with Green Bay Dressed Beef LLC to resolve allegations of gender discrimination in its hiring practices and selection procedures.
