Online Application Selection Systems

On July 10, 2008, the OFCCP issued an Administrative Notice regarding Federal contractor’s online application selection systems. The Administrative Notice can be found at

The Notice stated that all Compliance Reviews will include a review of the contractor’s online application systems.  Compliance Officers are checking to verify that a notice of how to obtain reasonable accommodations is prominently displayed on the contractor’s website.
